Illegal  Entry 

My main policy is cessation of adding foreign nationals both by illegal entry and by VISA abuse.

• Any and all federal programs must be for the exclusive benefit of American citizens. 
• No federal funds to any entity directly or tangently involved in illegal alien activity. 
• No federal funds to state, county, or city governments giving sanctuary to foreign nationals illegally in USA.
• Removal of federal meat inspection programs at slaughter house establishments employing illegal aliens.
• No employment of foreign nationals in federal USDA meat inspection.  Such employment must be only citizens of the USA.

The English Language

The English language must be designated as the official language of operation under the federal government of the USA.

• No federal funds should be used in support of a foreign language instead of English within the jurisdiction of the USA.
• All public supported schools must be taught by use of the English language.  Foreign languages can be taught, but as individual courses within a school's curriculum.
• All public funded language use must be in the official language of English.

US Constitution Amendment 14

Clearly a portion of this amendment was intended for the children of negro slaves to be citizens by birth.  It is now used as a basis for US citizenship of babies born in the USA irregardliess of legality of parents.  I believe federal legislation should be initiated against the automatic citizenship of babies born from illegal aliens.  At the same time action should begin on amending this amendment using the proper protocal.

I certainly believe in the sanctity of life.  I do not have any specific plan for senate action concerning abortion, at this time, because my priority is on other legislative areas, which I want to steer first.  That being said, I will stand against abortion with other like-minded members of the Senate.  American citizen women should be given kindness and shown sensitivity on this deeply emotional issue. 

Through my work and interest, I am familiiar with many phases of reproductive research, procedures, embryonic transfer, ovum transfer, cloning etc.  Perhaps federally funded programs could be formulated to encourage young potential parents to put a priority on children again as in past generations of Americans. Drinking, gambling, entertainment, and automobile depreciation are some items competing for the interest of young parents today.  By public relations and federal assistance in family financial management, maybe some desirably qualified young people could be encouraged to put family first.

I would believe in education and encouragement in lieu of anti-aborition laws at the present time, not because I favor abortion, but because I do not believe anti-abortion laws would improve the child care by American citizens.  I will listen to others and keep an open-mind.  In my opinion, I firmly believe fathers are as equally responsible for their children as mothers.
